By 2005, we opened our first Montessori School in Brooklyn, a move that marked the beginning of a transformative era in early childhood education. Our school quickly became a cornerstone of the community, celebrated for its exceptional educational standards. Parents recognized our commitment to fostering excellence, and our graduates consistently achieved top scores on gifted and talented tests, securing placements in the best schools across New York City. The word spread, and families from Manhattan, Staten Island, and Queens chose to commute just to be part of our program.

Our expansion continued with the opening of two more schools in Manhattan’s East Village in 2012 and Kips Bay in 2013. Each location brought its unique charm and challenges, but our commitment to quality never wavered. The Kips Bay branch, in particular, became a melting pot of cultures, serving children of United Nations employees and other international families. This diversity enriched our community and reinforced our belief in the power of a global perspective in education.

However, the COVID-19 pandemic brought unprecedented challenges. The mandated closures in 2020 were a significant setback, forcing us to shut down our beloved schools. Despite these hardships, our resolve remained strong. The pandemic may have closed our doors temporarily, but it did not diminish our passion for Montessori education.

As we prepare to open Belleview Montessori School, we bring with us the wealth of experience and the unwavering commitment that has defined our journey.
